Ingredients
- 1 Carton of oyster Mushrooms
- Mozzarella cheese 150g
- Pizza Dough 150g
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
- a pint of Fresh BasilPizza Dough
- strong Flour 130g
- Dry Yeast 3g
- Warm Water 220cc
Method
- Put warm water and yeast in a mixing bowl and when bubbles form, mix in all other powder ingredients. Wrap the bowl with completed dough to ferment.
- Poke holes on the plastic wrap using a fork. When fermentation is complete(30 minutes in room temperature) divide the dough into two and allow secondary fermentation.
- Spread tomato sauce onto flattened dough and place sliced mozzarella cheese and oyster mushrooms.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in an oven preheated to 200’c
