Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Carton of oyster Mushrooms
  • Mozzarella cheese 150g
  • Pizza Dough 150g
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
  • a pint of Fresh BasilPizza Dough
  • strong Flour 130g
  • Dry Yeast 3g
  • Warm Water 220cc

Method

  1. Put warm water and yeast in a mixing bowl and when bubbles form, mix in all other powder ingredients. Wrap the bowl with completed dough to ferment.
  2. Poke holes on the plastic wrap using a fork. When fermentation is complete(30 minutes in room temperature) divide the dough into two and allow secondary fermentation.
  3. Spread tomato sauce onto flattened dough and place sliced mozzarella cheese and oyster mushrooms.
  4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in an oven preheated to 200’c
